Yes, we have the credentials required to do counseling, and can name different techniques and modalities used to help you. But, it’s our life experiences that make us most unique. Our experiences that had us at our lowest of lows, and the emotional fight it took to transform our lives is as equally important when seeking help. Can your therapist relate to how you feel? No. We work with singles too! Working on being your best self would be a great asset to bring into any relationship, if and when that’s the goal. Learning how to show up in all areas of your life “whole” and clear on who you are is an awesome way of being in relationship with yourself first, then others.
No one can fully determine the amount of time it takes a person to create the life they desire and transform. Identifying the root cause, and becoming conscious/aware of behaviors, attitudes and beliefs is based on an individual basis.
The emotional needs and well-being of your partner should be held in high regard, as you both navigate conflicts. A healthy relationship takes time, awareness, vulnerability, authenticity and connection. Using our four core principles, conflicts and arguments should be less frequent. Your level of commitment to the work required impacts results as well.
